Account Payable Specialist; Mandarin Speaker

• Responsible for managing accounts payable.
• Oversee and manage daily activities costs and expenses.
• Maintain and reconcile AP records and ledgers.
• Execute outgoing payment based on the schedule and ensure all approval and payment supporting documents are completed.
• Analyze AP aging, promptly identify issues, and handle properly.
• Establish and improve the supplier/Vendors data management system and strictly implement it.
• Review and track the fulfillment of vendor, and take timely measures to deal with overdue payments.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, year-end activity finance reports.
• Assist in conducting internal and external audit work.
• Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written);
  Mandarin language skill is a plus.
• More than 2 years of experience in Account Payable role.
• Good understanding of accounting standards and taxation.
• Compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized with strong communication skills.
