The Finance & Accounting Senior Staff is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. This role also supports audits, budgeting, and financial analysis to assist management decision-making.
Responsibilities :- Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger, and account reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or variances
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Assist in cost control and expense monitoring
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and company policies
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Support improvements in accounting processes and systems
- Provide guidance and support to junior finance/accounting staff
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and accounting matters
- Support ad-hoc financial tasks as required by management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
