Finance, Accounting and Tax Supervisor

Oversee and manage daily finance, accounting, and tax operations.

Prepare and review financial statements, monthly closing, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reports.

Ensure accurate tax calculations, reporting, and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

Manage corporate taxation, including VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax (PPh), and Corporate Income Tax.

Monitor COGS calculations, cost allocation, and cost analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Handle tax implications of domestic and international transactions, including cross-border payments and transactions with overseas vendors or service providers.

Ensure compliance with PSAK and applicable tax regulations.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.

Supervise and provide guidance to the finance and accounting team.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, preferably at a supervisory level.

Strong technical expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and Indonesian taxation.

Excellent knowledge of PSAK, PPN, PPh, Corporate Income Tax, and Coretax.

Strong understanding of COGS, including cost calculation, cost allocation, and cost analysis.

Solid knowledge of international taxation and cross-border transactions, including withholding tax and applicable tax treaty regulations.

Proven ability to independently handle complex accounting and tax matters.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
