R&D Supervisor - Medical Equipment - Jakarta (B-126467)

Our client is a Medical Equipment company
. Currently, they are looking for Research and Development Supervisor
.

• Coordinate and manage the full R&D project lifecycle, including design, material tracking, BOM creation, prototyping, performance validation, process confirmation, and pilot production.
• Define project timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities at each stage to ensure clear progress control and efficient execution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources (R&D, production, procurement), monitor progress in real time, and proactively resolve issues to achieve project goals.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Minimum high conversational English proficiency (able to read and report in English).
• Minimum 3 years as R&D senior in medical equipment manufacturing industry and familiar with AutoCAD 3D.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Working experience in a Chinese company.
