You’ll get to work with advanced AI models, unique Data sets and leverage them to create software solutions with real-world impact, taking full ownership of the platform end-to-end. • As a Technical Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of full-stack applications while ensuring robust, scalable platform infrastructure. You’ll combine hands-on coding with platform engineering expertise, overseeing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability. This role requires a deep understanding of both application development and Dev Ops best practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready solutions.

• Own and lead the overall design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications and APIs.
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), focusing on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable releases.
• Optimize platform performance, reliability, and observability (monitoring, logging, alerting).
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver features and platform improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and security.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
• Troubleshoot technical and platform-related issues, ensuring smooth operations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Software Engineering preferred or Computer Science & related fields OR proven results on your own creation/product.
• 5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience, with strong Dev Ops and platform engineering skills.
• Experience with Dev Ops tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, etc.).
• Knowledge of one or more of these cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Excellent and concise communication skills.
• Agile and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.
• Proven track record of shipping and maintaining production applications.

• Exposure with MLOps or machine learning infrastructure.
• Exposure to SaaS or B2B tech products.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (PDPA, privacy laws).
