Medium Business Analyst

The Senior Odoo Business Analyst plays a key role in leading client engagements,
translating complex business processes
into efficient Odoo solutions
, and ensuring smooth end-to-end implementation
. This role requires deep functional knowledge across multiple Odoo modules and the ability to align business objectives with system design. The Senior BA also mentors junior analysts, contributes to project scoping, and acts as the main functional liaison between clients and technical teams.

• Lead requirement gathering and analysis sessions with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design and map business workflows into Odoo processes, ensuring configuration aligns with client needs and best practices.
• Oversee configuration and testing of multiple Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, CRM).
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to define custom development requirements, integrations, and enhancements.
• Prepare and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring all functional requirements are met prior to go-live.
• Act as the primary point of contact for functional and process‑related client inquiries throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide post‑implementation functional support and lead optimization or enhancement initiatives.
• Develop detailed documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and process flow diagrams.
• Mentor and guide Junior Business Analysts, reviewing their deliverables and providing training in Odoo functionalities and business analysis standards.
• Contribute to internal process improvement, recommending enhancements to implementation methodologies and documentation templates.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in ERP implementation or business analysis, with hands‑on exposure to Odoo.
• Proven track record managing full‑cycle Odoo implementations or module ownership.
• Experience in client‑facing roles within a consulting or system integrator environment.

• High ownership in leading end‑to‑end Odoo implementations.
