As an Application Support Engineer
, you will act as a software detective
, providing dynamic services to identify and resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. This role requires strong expertise in SAP Logistics Business Network
, leadership skills, and the ability to manage and collaborate across teams.

• Identify and resolve issues within critical business systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance system functionality.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on system updates and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes.
• Monitor and report on system issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Provide solutions to complex problems and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.

• Expert proficiency in SAP Logistics Business Network.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

• Master proficiency in Program Project Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Ariba P2P.
