Requirements;
- Have experience in technical claims handling
- Analytical approach, diligent and accurate working style, flair for numbers, excellent attention to detail
- Verify the necessity and appropriateness of medical procedures, treatments, medication, and interventions based on the presented medical evidence
- Evaluate and analyze medical claims submitted by policyholders to ascertain their legitimacy and precision
- Handle comprehensive reports, reviews, projects, system testing on claim investigations, including medical findings, for internal use and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders e.g. cedents, brokers, underwriting, actuarial, senior management etc. to gather necessary information, clarify medical details, and provide consistent high quality claims services
