Production Supervisor - Medical Machine Manufacture - Jakarta (B-126447)

Our client is a Manufacture Company
. Currently, they are looking for Production Supervisor.

• Implement daily/weekly production plans, coordinate production activities, monitor progress, and resolve production issues promptly.
• Enforce 6S management, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain consistent product quality through inspections and quality control.
• Monitor production efficiency, optimize processes, reduce waste, and control production-related costs.
• Manage team leaders and production staff through training, work allocation, performance evaluation, discipline, and motivation.
• Oversee proper equipment use and maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations to prevent workplace accidents.
• Collect and report accurate production data, participate in production reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Min. Conversational English proficiency.
• Min. 6 years of experience as production line, including as supervisor in medical device manufacturing industry, handling subordinates, good understanding of manufacturing standards.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and efficient skills.

• Able to speak Mandarin.
• Working experience in Chinese company.
