PPIC Supervisor - Medical Equipment - Jakarta (B-126458)

Our client is a Medical Equipment company
. Currently, they are looking for a PPIC Supervisor
.

• Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and capacity to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Issue, track, and manage production orders through a closed‑loop process.
• Run MRP based on the MPS to generate purchasing and internal production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, set safety stock, and ensure timely material availability.
• Track purchase orders and material arrivals, and resolve shortages, delays, or quality issues.
• Monitor production progress and coordinate solutions for issues affecting production plans.
• Lead or participate in daily/weekly production coordination meetings.
• Monitor WIP, finished goods, and key material inventory; conduct stock checks and recommend optimization.
• Maintain accurate planning data (BOM, labor hours, lead times, etc.) in the ERP/MRP system.
• Coordinate communication across production, sales, purchasing, warehouse, quality, and engineering teams.
• Report order delivery status to sales and production performance and capacity utilization to management.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Min. Conversational English proficiency.
• Min. 5 years experience as PPIC in a Medical Equipment Manufacture company, experienced in PPIC and Production Control/PMC.
• Familiar with ERP systems and fluent in MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Working experience in a Chinese company.
