Retail Sales Supervisor - Mass Hiring Jakarta
Luxehouze is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the retail sales team in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of the retail sales team to ensure smooth functioning and optimal sales performance
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve sales performance and increase customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvements and adjustments to meet sales objectives
- Assist in the training and development of team members, ensuring they are equipped with necessary product knowledge and customer service skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry, preferably in luxury goods, FMCG, or premium automobile sectors
- Proven track record of successfully achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a hands‑on approach to team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Passion for luxury goods and a deep understanding of the premium retail market
