Store Manager Tod's

• Lead the store team to achieve business goals, maximize sales performance, and ensure superior client experience.
• Implement brand strategy and maintain Tod’s visual, operational, and service excellence.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to uphold the brand’s culture and standards.
• Analyze store performance metrics and develop action plans to drive profitability and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, VIP customers, and corporate partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments and Kanmo Group management for business alignment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing team performance.
• Deep understanding of client telling and luxury customer experience.
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to plan and conduct store event.
