• Oversee daily store operations to meet service standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years in F&B store operations
• Hands‑on experience managing shifts and leading teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Proficient in using POS systems and basic financial reporting tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of F&B service standards and best practices.
