Job Description:

• Drive product sales and increase revenue using strategies tailored to the characteristics of each location.
• Ensure vehicle availability aligns with operational needs at the assigned site.
• Manage and coordinate carpool routes, including pick-up and drop-off, to maintain operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with drivers regarding schedules, route changes, and passenger information.
• Coordinate with drivers, emergency services, and security teams as required to support operations.
• Maintain effective communication with local stakeholders, including site management, to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare accurate records of schedules, routes, and passenger details as operational references.
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or related field (including internships or comparable work experience).
• Understanding of dispatcher responsibilities or related operational roles.
• Ability to quickly and accurately understand the work environment and location characteristics.
• Experience implementing growth plans to drive positive changes and foster collaboration at the worksite.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth operations.
• Willing to be assigned to Jakarta area (Hotel/Airport/Mall)
