** The Lead Specialist, GSC Logistics Operations is responsible for overseeing and driving the operational efficiency and service performance of 3PL-managed warehouse operations, with customer satisfaction as the primary focus. The role involves developing and optimizing warehouse processes, including product handling, storage, inventory management, equipment utilization, gate operations, and shipping methods. The role will also drive 3PL performance through the establishment and monitoring of operational KPIs, while guiding and working closely with warehouse teams to resolve operational challenges, build capabilities, and achieve short- and long-term business objectives.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Managing 3PL both Warehouse and Transporter
* Managing daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, Safety.
* Schedule and oversee the 3PL-managed warehouse team and manage workflows and work quality to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
* Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
* Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
* Full site responsibility for warehouse and Local Distribution

** You bring:
*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
* At least three years of experience in a warehouse role, managing hourly employees
* Good knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies
* Strong problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
* Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
