Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to join our Government Project in Jammu & Kashmir. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, resolving system-related issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations at the project site.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for website, and network-related issues
Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity problems
Handle end-user support (onsite/remote) and resolve tickets within defined timelines
Coordinate with central IT teams and vendors for issue resolution
Maintain system documentation, logs, and incident reports
Ensure compliance with government IT standards and security protocols
Support day-to-day operations at the project location

Required
Skills & Qualifications (1–2 Years Experience)
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows OS (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
Understanding of computer hardware (CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, printers, scanners)
Basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP, DNS, routers, switches)
Experience in IT support / helpdesk / desktop support roles
Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
Basic understanding of websites, hosting, and CMS (preferred)
Good communication skills for official email and call support
Familiarity with MS Office & email drafting
Ability to work in a structured government/official environment
Soft Skills
Good communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism
Ability to work independently at project sites
Willingness to travel within J&K if required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
