Managerial Accountant

Our company, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managerial Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

As a Managerial Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring that financial records are accurate and in compliance with regulations. You will work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Monitor and manage company's budget, expenses, and revenue
- Develop financial forecasts and plans for future growth
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual results
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data for reporting purposes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards
- Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance when needed
- Continuously review processes to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in managerial accounting role
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian tax laws is a plus
