We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Auto Parts Salesman to join our team at a leading automotive dealership and distributor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive parts and components, combined with excellent sales skills and customer service expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right parts for their vehicles, providing expert advice, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with our inventory team to maintain stock levels and assist in the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to identify their automotive parts needs and provide tailored solutions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts, including their specifications and compatibility with various vehicle models.

Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.

Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and assist in ordering new parts as needed.

Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing any customer inquiries or issues promptly.

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in automotive parts.

Participate in promotional activities and sales events to increase visibility and sales of automotive parts.

Maintain a clean and organized sales environment to enhance the customer experience.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Preferred Candidate

Proven experience in automotive parts sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of automotive components.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive technology or sales is a plus.

Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
