You will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles, ensuring all repairs meet industry standards.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections to keep vehicles in optimal condition.

Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify problems and determine the appropriate course of action for repairs.

Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and labor hours, to ensure transparency and accountability.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair needs and provide cost estimates, fostering trust and satisfaction.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous education and training.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Assist in managing inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring necessary components are available for repairs.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Preferred Candidate

Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of automotive systems.

Certification from a recognized automotive technical school or equivalent experience is highly desirable.

Excellent diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
