Position: Auto Mechanic (Shell)

We are seeking a skilled Auto Mechanic to join our dynamic team at our automotive dealership and distributor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. As an Auto Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they are safe and reliable for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to determine necessary repairs and maintenance.

Diagnose mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

Repair or replace defective parts, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended services.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all repair activities.

Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflow and enhance service delivery.

Provide mentorship and training to junior mechanics and apprentices.

Preferred Candidate:

Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic with a strong track record in vehicle repair and maintenance.

Certification from a recognized automotive program or equivalent experience.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

Familiarity with automotive software and diagnostic tools.

Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repairs and lift heavy equipment.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
