We are seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join our dynamic team at our automotive dealership in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in a wide range of vehicles. As an integral part of our service department, you will work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Your expertise in automotive electrical systems will be essential in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in vehicles using specialized diagnostic equipment and software.

Perform repairs and replacements of electrical components, including batteries, alternators, starters, and wiring harnesses.

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with mechanical technicians to address electrical issues that may impact vehicle performance.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used in accordance with company policies.

Educate customers on electrical system maintenance and provide recommendations for future service needs.

Stay updated on the latest automotive electrical technologies and repair techniques through continuous training and development.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working in the automotive environment.

Assist in training junior technicians on electrical diagnostics and repair procedures.

Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.

Preferred Candidate

Proven experience as an auto electrician with a strong understanding of automotive electrical systems.

Certification or diploma in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software used in the automotive industry.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
