Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Modular Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of modular construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with expertise in modular construction methods and technologies.

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  , for modular construction projects.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure module designs meet project requirements and are optimized for fabrication and assembly
  .
• Manage relationships with module manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of modules to site.
• Oversee site preparation, module delivery, and assembly
  , ensuring that modules are installed correctly and safely.
• Ensure that modules meet quality standards, and defects are identified and addressed promptly.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with modular construction projects, including logistics, transportation, and assembly.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on modular construction.
• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills
