We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and providing excellent customer service.

• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Excellent communication skills
• No prior call center experience required
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Indian nationality preferred
• Must have a valid visa and be willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information or assistance with their inquiries
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve complaints
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers
• Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation of interactions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
• Meet individual and team targets for call quality, quantity, and customer satisfaction
• Continuously develop product knowledge to provide better assistance to customers
