Call center representative

Job title:

Call Center Representative (No English Required, Pakistani/Malayalee Preferred) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position with urgent requirement.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer issues and provide information about services and products
• Provide technical support when needed
• Schedule appointments and conduct outbound calls as required
• Perform related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly and act decisively
• Friendly, organized, able to multitask, and good time management
• Preference given to Pakistani and Malayalee applicants;
  English language proficiency is not required
