Senior Architect

Overview

An immediate opportunity exists within a highly reputable consultancy for a Senior Architect to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will be based in Jeddah and work as part of a team focused on high-end residential projects. Reporting to the Head of Architecture, you will be responsible for design development, detailed design, tender documents and coordinating with other disciplines.

• Lead design development and detailed design for high-end residential projects.
• Prepare tender documents and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Collaborate with the Head of Architecture and project teams to ensure design integrity and delivery timelines.

• Bachelor of Architecture (BA) degree.
• 10+ years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong background in design.
• Proven leadership skills and impeccable communication abilities.
