Position: Senior Interior Designer

Company Overview: Our client is a leading architecture firm with a global presence and a strong reputation for innovative and sustainable design solutions. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget objectives are met.
• Collaborate with the architecture team to develop integrated design solutions that meet the client’s aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to gather project requirements and present design proposals.
• Develop detailed design concepts, including space planning, material selection, and furniture layout.
• Create 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design ideas to clients.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
• Oversee the selection and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, and communicate updates to clients and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow in their roles.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, preferably with a large architecture firm.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, and other design software.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and project stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
