QA​/QC Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Architect to join our team for construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all architectural works are executed in compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes, and quality standards.

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for architectural works in construction projects.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals.
• Inspect on-site architectural works to ensure compliance with approved documents and quality standards.
• Coordinate with construction teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality reports.
• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs when necessary, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in internal audits, consultant inspections, and handover processes.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and project-specific QA/QC requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a QA/QC Architect in building / superstructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and architectural finishing works.
• Experience in QA/QC documentation, inspections, and reporting.
• Familiarity with international standards (ISO, project specifications, and local codes).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
