We are supporting a well‑capitalized KSA‑based real estate developer in appointing a Design Manager
, focused on delivering hospitality‑led developments.

This is a true developer‑side role, offering end‑to‑end involvement across the full project lifecycle. The position suits a technically strong architect who enjoys owning delivery, coordinating consultants, and ensuring projects are buildable, compliant, and delivered to a high standard.

• Involvement across multiple hospitality projects
• Strong focus on technical quality, coordination, and delivery
• Long‑term role within a stable and growing development platform
• Close interaction with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers

• Prepare and review construction documentation (IFC)
• Lead technical reviews of consultant architectural packages
• Write and review technical specifications
• Review and manage material submittals
• Coordinate architectural inputs across multiple live projects
• Act as the developer’s technical architectural authority
• Interface with consultants, contractors, and specialist disciplines
• Review and coordinate BIM models and drawings (Revit)
• Ensure designs are buildable, coordinated, and compliant
• Maintain alignment with hospitality standards and brand requirements
• Ensure compliance with local authority and building code requirements

• Degree‑qualified Architect
• Senior‑level experience in a technical / delivery‑focused role
• Proven experience delivering hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, branded residences)
• Strong knowledge of Construction documentation, Technical specifications, Materials and finishes and Consultant coordination.
• Confident operating on the developer/client side, or as a strong consultant with direct client exposure
• Solid BIM / Revit capability
• UAE or GCC project experience preferred
