Senior Registrar - Family Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Registrar in Family Medicine to join our healthcare team. As a Senior Registrar – Family Medicine, you will provide comprehensive primary healthcare physically and through telemedicine to individuals and families of all ages, encompassing preventive, acute, and chronic care. You will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, promoting health education and preventive measures, and coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.

Additionally, you will be responsible for practicing population health management and value-based care, focusing on improving patient outcomes through efficient and effective healthcare delivery, with an emphasis on delivering patient-centered care and optimizing health outcomes.

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages, including newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
• Perform thorough medical assessments, including detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, integrating evidence-based medicine, patient preferences, and family dynamics.
• Manage and follow up on acute and chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal disorders, and mental health conditions.
• Promote preventive healthcare measures, including health screenings, vaccinations, lifestyle modifications, and health education.
• Collaborate with specialists, allied healthcare professionals, and community resources to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Practice population health management by identifying and addressing health issues at the community level, implementing preventive measures, and promoting health awareness.
• Utilize telemedicine platforms to provide remote consultations, monitor patients' progress, and offer virtual follow-up care.
