Family Medicine Consultant will provide comprehensive primary healthcare physically and through telemedicine to individuals and families of all ages, encompassing preventive, acute, and chronic care. They will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, promoting health education and preventive measures, and coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare professionals. Additionally, the consultant will practice population health management and value based care, focusing on improving patient outcomes through efficient and effective healthcare delivery via specific care programs and clinical pathways, with an emphasis on delivering patient centered care and optimizing health outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth and in person consultations via thorough patient history and physical examinations for family medicine and general medicine complaints.
• Provide healthcare to all family medicine target population across age and gender.
• Offer chronic disease and preventive care consultations and follow ups to patients as per clinical guidelines.
• Utilize video conferencing platforms to assess patient symptoms, review medical history, and perform virtual examinations; develop personalized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide ongoing patient education.

• Actively participate in training programs and stay updated on platform enhancements and best practices; collaborate with IT support to troubleshoot any technical issues.
