Engage in advanced clinical care as a senior registrar in oncology hematology at our prestigious hospital in Saudi Arabia. Contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of hematologic and oncologic conditions, actively participate in treatment planning, engage in research and professional development, and provide vital support to consultants in implementing best practices and protocols.

• Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in Hematology.
• Manage complex medical cases independently.
• Provide leadership in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.
• Contribute to the training and development of medical teams.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams.
• Offer expert consultations on challenging medical cases.
• Engage in clinical research activities.
• Contribute to academic programs, teaching, and training initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Implement and adhere to evidence-based medical practices.
• Assume leadership responsibilities within the medical department.
• Contribute to decision-making processes related to patient care and departmental policies.
• Pursue continuous professional development and stay abreast of advancements in the medical field.
• Attend conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Advocate for patient rights and welfare.
• Ensure a patient-centered approach in medical care.

• Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
• Completion of required period of training in Hematology and/or Subspecialty (Arab, Jordanian, Lebanese)
• Board certification in the relevant medical specialty is typically required or equivalent. fulfilling the criteria for Senior Registrar as required
• A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must
• Dataflow is a must.

• From 02 to 04 years of experience after certification.
• A registered member of the Saudi Board Council is preferable.

• Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.

• Positive professional references attesting to the candidate's skills and ethical conduct.
