MEP Project Director​/Senior Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for an MEP Project Director/Senior Project Manager to work for a contractor on airport projects in Riyadh & Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

• Inspection and Commissioning of all MEP works.
• Assist in technical coordination meetings with subcontractors and project staff.
• Supervise MEP Managers and Engineers regarding the full scope of MEP works – the as-built documents and drawings, performance tests, commissioning and hand over.
• Assist in auditing the MEP subcontractors for validation by project management.
• Travel to Kazakhstan, Istanbul and other locations as required.
• Report to the Managing Director.
• Salary: $15,000 - $20,000 + housing, car, insurance.

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
• At least 20 years’ experience in Building MEP projects.
• At least 10 years’ experience as project director or manager.
• Able to prove qualifications for leadership and coordination.
• Able to show previous project experience and references with details.
• Preferably experienced in GCC countries.
• Preferably experienced in Airport Projects.
• Must be an EU National.
• Fluent in English language.
