Our client is a leader in Water and Wastewater, comprising a Saudi and International Group to create a large multinational company. We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join their team based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Process Engineer to join their expanding team in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

To ensure, from a Senior Manager perspective, that the utility plant processes are carried out efficiently, in accordance with operational guidelines, and with environmental compliance as per applicable regulations.

• University degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years’ experience in operational, maintenance, or plant/process engineering in a heavy industrial or utilities environment
• 5 years’ process engineering experience in wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs)
• Experience with business management systems such as SAP preferred
• Experience in process improvement for plant efficiency
• Strategic approach to analyzing and implementing new improvements

• Expertise in process engineering disciplines such as power generation, electrical distribution, desalination, and water treatment processes
• Detailed knowledge of plant processes
• Understanding of process engineering design principles
• Risk management and QA/QC philosophy in process engineering
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of Health & Safety Systems
• Understanding of Policy & Procedure, Quality Management, and Environmental Management Systems
• Experience with SAP
• Time management, business skills, negotiation, project management, and performance management
• Data analysis, engineering principles, project costing, and designing
