Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for the infrastructure project.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the integration of mechanical systems with overall project requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments related to mechanical systems and components.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members and stakeholders.
Oversee the procurement, installation, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the reliability and safety of mechanical systems.
Manage and coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants involved in the mechanical aspects of the project.
Review and approve mechanical engineering designs, specifications, and documentation.
Essential Requirements- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master s degree or higher preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, standards, and practices.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities.
- Thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and codes.
