Civil Site Engineer

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure development for National Guard housing projects. This role requires in-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices, site development, and military housing standards. The engineer will ensure that all phases of site work-from earthworks to utility installations-are completed in accordance with engineering drawings, safety protocols, and project timelines.

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Supervise and inspect civil works on-site, including grading, drainage, utility installations (water, sewer, electricity), and road works.
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out in compliance with local codes, regulations, and military standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure integrated site execution.
• Develop detailed work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor daily site operations and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Enforce safety regulations and participate in safety audits.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure construction meets project specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, labor logs, material usage, and inspection reports.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support during reviews or site inspections.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years in civil/site engineering, preferably with experience in military, government, or institutional housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering software AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
