Lead Electrical Engineer

This is a full time, on site role located in Jiddah for a Lead Electrical Engineer. The Lead Electrical Engineer will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution networks. The role includes leading engineering teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, analyzing power systems, and collaborating with cross functional teams to complete projects on time. The candidate will also be responsible for quality assurance, troubleshooting, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering principles
• In depth knowledge and experience in Power Distribution and Power Systems
• Strong understanding of Electricity and its applications to high efficiency energy systems
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is a plus
• Experience with international electrical standards and regulations
• Prior experience in energy infrastructure projects or the power engineering industry is highly desirable
