TAB Technical Engineer

Services include MEP Testing & Commissioning (T&C), MEP Testing & Balancing (TAB), indoor air quality testing, and duct cleaning among others.

This is a contract role for a TAB Technical Engineer located on-site in Riyadh and Jeddah. The TAB Technical Engineer will be responsible for conducting MEP Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services. Daily tasks include utilizing calibrated instruments to perform high-precision TAB activities, evaluating HVAC system performance, ensuring energy efficiency, and maintaining full compliance with project specifications and international standards. The engineer will also handle indoor air quality testing, duct air leakage testing, and other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Should have Minimum 5 Years of experience
• Should be capable in handling Projects independently from starting to handing over stage.
• Should be aware of Standards and procedures of NEBB / AABC.
• Candidates having certifications NEBB CT/AABC CT are preferred.
• Should have strong technical background/Knowledge on TAB Report documentation.
