Project Delivery Planning Section Head

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of the System Engineering Plan within projects and follow up on its execution to ensure accurate planning for seamless services within the set KPIs, agreed budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.
• Participate in annual budgeting for Systems Projects Planning.
• Develop financial strategies to enhance value while mitigating operational and financial risks.
• Support creation and delivery of ESD and EPC plans across all systems and facilities.
• Monitor EPC plan execution, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and update EPC procedures aligned with international and local regulations.
• Manage team timesheets and resource allocation.
• Support project managers across the full project lifecycle, including RFP development.
• Conduct FMECA and support Availability, Reliability & Maintainability (ARM) assessments.
• Monitor and refine project plans using in‑service performance data.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (MED, SQE, SBD).
• Establish and manage service‑level agreements.
• Lead logistics coordination to address operational and project needs.
• Ensure effective delivery of project plans aligned with current and future system demands.
• Prepare and present periodic project status and performance reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
• Support policy and procedure compliance across daily operations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
