This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah for a Mechanical Estimation Engineer. The role involves preparing project cost estimations, analyzing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting thorough research on project elements, and supporting civil and construction engineering activities. The engineer will also collaborate with clients and suppliers to negotiate cost-effective solutions and ensure the project aligns with both technical and financial goals.

• Expertise in BOQ preparation, Project Estimation, and budget development
• Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering and MEP principles and their application within projects
• Skilled in Negotiation with clients and suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions
• Proven ability in Research and analysis to support accurate estimations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and estimation software
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or contracting industry is an advantage
