Role Summary
Responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and support of broadcast and audiovisual (AV) systems, ensuring reliable audio, video, and display operations across project sites.
Key Responsibilities- Install and configure AV and broadcast equipment (displays, video walls, cameras, microphones, speakers, encoders/decoders)
- Integrate AV systems with network infrastructure (IP-based AV, control systems)
- Configure conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, Webex, etc.)
- Perform system testing, calibration, and commissioning
- Troubleshoot audio, video, and signal distribution issues
- Coordinate with Network Engineers and IT teams during deployment
- Prepare as-built diagrams, configuration documents, and user guides
- Support live events, broadcasts, or critical AV operations if required
- 3–7 years experience in AV or broadcast engineering
- Strong knowledge of audio, video, and signal flow
- Experience with IP-based AV systems
- Familiar with vendors such as Crestron, Extron, Poly, Cisco, Barco, or similar
- Understanding of network fundamentals (VLANs, QoS) is a plus
