Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Engineer specializing in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Engineer engages directly with clients to identify their energy storage needs, delivers technical support, designs tailored solutions, provides sales presentations, creates proposals, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to provide innovative solutions and address client requirements effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills to build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships through effective communication and support.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of UPS and Battery Energy Storage Systems, with the ability to present and apply their features in various use cases.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the energy or power sector and familiarity with local market dynamics is a strong advantage.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive with the ability to work effectively in an on‑site, team‑oriented environment.
