As part of our regional expansion, Mannai is growing its operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join our team.
We are seeking a strong Planning Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and progress control for large-scale ICT, MEP, and ELV projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in project planning, scheduling tools, progress monitoring, and coordination with project and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large-scale ICT, MEP, and ELV projects using approved planning tools.
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify delays or risks early.
- Prepare regular progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans for management and clients.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, commercial teams, and site teams to ensure accurate planning data.
- Support cost and commercial teams by aligning schedules with cash flow, milestones, and claims.
- Analyze schedule impacts related to variations, delays, and changes, and support time-related claims when required.
- Ensure planning activities comply with project requirements, contract terms, and company standards.
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to provide planning updates and solutions.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in project planning for ICT, MEP, or ELV projects.
- Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques and tools such as Primavera P6 or similar software.
- Experience in progress tracking, reporting, and delay analysis.
- Prior GCC experience is required, with KSA project experience being a strong advantage.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain planning issues clearly to different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
