Bachelor in Civil

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

Responsible for implementing all civil project(s), including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding, and Construction Administration
. Included are coordination with and responsibility for communicating with other disciplines and the client.

• Assist with all project stages from initiations to handing over.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to verify the tender documents.
• Prepare technical proposal.
• Help with RAMS.
• Evaluate the sub-contractors.
• Create and review engineering drawings.
• Proper knowledge about materials to use.
• Aware of planning tasks and scheduling.
• Prepare and submit all required documentations including drawings, MIR, RFI, Test reports, etc..
• Site work following up.
• Conduct quality control inspections.
• Aware of technicalities and techniques of civil works.
• Solving problems technically with minimal cost.
• Coordination and corporation with other disciplines and avoid the conflicts.
• Contact with suppliers and help with procurement.
• Communicate with the client effectively.
• Assuring the work executed as per drawings specifications.
