- Plan, coordinate, and execute pre-commissioning activities for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, and utility systems
- Review design documents, P&IDs, datasheets, and construction drawings to develop pre-commissioning procedures, checklists, and test packs
- Ensure construction completion activities are finalized before starting pre-commissioning.
- Perform and supervise flushing, hydrotesting, leak testing, drying, inserting, cleaning, and reinstatement activities.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as system readiness checklists, punch lists, and test records.
- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project transition.
- Monitor subcontractors' performance and verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during pre-commissioning phase.
- Participate in walkdowns, punch list clearance, and system handover to commissioning/start-up teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and permit-to-work procedures during execution.
- Provide technical support during commissioning and start-up as required.
