HSE Manager

JASARA PMC is searching for a proactive and skilled HSE Manager to join our team. This critical role involves overseeing the health, safety, and environmental practices within our construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of safety across the organization.

As an HSE Manager, you will be an essential part of our commitment to excellence, ensuring that our project teams adhere to the highest safety standards while effectively managing the risks associated with our operations.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
• Lead training programs to educate employees on HSE practices, promoting a strong safety culture.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain HSE performance reports for management review.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to incorporate HSE considerations into project plans.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements in HSE.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health and Safety.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management, ideally within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead training and awareness programs effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
