Mechanical Department Supervisor

The supervisor of the mechanical department is responsible for overseeing the work of the mechanical department, following up on the implementation of technical work and maintenance according to approved plans and standards, and ensuring the safety of performance and quality of implementation.

• Daily supervision of mechanical work on-site or in the workshop.
• Monitoring the execution of work according to plans and technical specifications.
• Assigning tasks to technicians and workers and following up on their completion.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health procedures.
• Coordinating with other departments (electrical, projects, maintenance).
• Overseeing routine and emergency maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Inspecting completed work and ensuring its quality before handover.
• Preparing daily or periodic reports on work progress and observations.
• Contributing to determining material and spare parts requirements.
• Addressing technical problems that arise during execution.
