Quantity Surveyor ICT; KSA

As part of our regional expansion, Mannai is growing its operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and looking for Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support ELV projects by managing cost control, quantity take-offs, billing, and commercial coordination. This role suits a detail-oriented professional with strong ELV project exposure and commercial awareness.

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm, BMS, and AV systems.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts for ELV projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams on cost and quantity matters.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, payment certificates, and variation claims.
• Support tendering activities, including pricing, cost analysis, and commercial submissions.
• Maintain accurate project cost records and ensure compliance with contract terms.

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in ELV or ICT projects.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems and related commercial practices.
• Experience in contracts, billing, variations, and cost control.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
