Job Description

A world leading vendor is seeking a Senior Solution Manager to join its Solution team for the Transportation industry, especially in Railway & Metro sectors across Middle East countries.

This position is results-oriented
, focusing on business expansion and revenue growth
.

The key responsibilities include being responsible for transportation vertical industry solutions, such as GSM-R, LTE, Data Center, and Network solutions across product lines of IT & CT. This involves building comprehensive proposals, delivering customer presentations, and customizing solutions accordingly.

Execute high-quality, one-on-one discussions using advanced questioning and influencing skills with ICT business leaders and partner business leaders. Build solid relationships with key technical teams from clients involved in projects like SAR, SRO, Qatar Rail, GACA, and others, as well as with industry ecosystem players such as consultants, EPCs, and global SIs.

Organize or attend B2B exhibitions and seminars as part of the role.

Job Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Deep understanding of the ICT landscape (GSM-R, LTE, Data Center, Network solutions).
Proven track record in the transportation industry is preferred.
Experience in SI and IT services business, with at least 5 years in the Middle East market.
Arabic speaking candidates are an advantage.
Willingness to travel across the region; approximately half of the time based in KSA (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam).
Passionate about people and relationship building.
