Printing Support Engineer

Role Summary

The Printing Support Engineer will be responsible for the on-site deployment, configuration, optimization, and support of printing solutions during a time-bound, large-scale event project. The role is hands-on and requires experience supporting high-volume printing operations in live environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure standalone and network printers across project sites
• Configure print drivers, queues, and user access
• Integrate printers with the network infrastructure in coordination with IT teams
• Test printing, scanning, and basic security features
• Troubleshoot printer performance, errors, and connectivity issues
• Provide printer documentation, quick guides, and user support as required

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• 2+ years of experience supporting printing solutions, preferably in large or multi-site operations
• Hands-on experience with enterprise printers such as HP, Canon, Ricoh, or similar
• Working knowledge of network printing protocols and printer networking
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-resolution skills
• Experience supporting multi-site rollouts is an advantage
• Must be available onsite, full-time for the full project duration
