Role Summary
Provides on-site technical support, installation, and troubleshooting for end-user IT equipment during rollout and operational phases.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals
- Deploy and test printers (local and network)
- Perform OS setup, user profiles, and basic software installation
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on-site
- Provide user assistance and first-level technical support
- Replace faulty equipment and coordinate repairs
- Maintain service tickets, checklists, and site sign-off documents
- 2-5 years experience in field IT support or desktop support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and common office applications
- Experience supporting printers and peripherals
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
